Delicate structure. I get this through it: who I am? I used to feel bored about things I have interest in, like at the beginning of seeing the movie, cant stop doing other things to get time passed. But as time goes on, I finally get back patience & really feel things. THAT's me
Beware of the brain wire. Be mindful. Thoughts become things, with a time delay(thank god). I've had breakthrough in productivity and stress management recently. Solution is mostly crystal clear. Stress wise, when it's too much do the minus. Focus only on what matters.
